We can use the following South African Returns Policy:

We will refund or exchange goods returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that the items remain unused and are returned in their original condition and packaging.

If a product is found to be defective within the first 12 months after delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

Products may be returned to your nearest store, or we can arrange collection from your home. For larger items, we may arrange an on-site assessment.

Once a return has been approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

Credit Card: Reversal to the original card (subject to banking processing times)

EFT: Direct deposit into your bank account (please allow at least 48 hours)
